General Information
Most jewelry designs are made to order, with several handmade jewelry designs or jewelry requiring handcrafted elements, please allow 7-10 business days for me to fill your order (not including shipping time). You will be notified via email when your order ships. For orders whose shipping address is within California, you will be charged local sales tax on your purchase.

What happens if I don't receive my package?
Please contact me via email with your order number and name so I can make a claim online. International orders may be tracked via Global Post https://www.goglobalpost.com/tracking/ If the order is marked delivered by tracking, please wait a few additional business days as parcels are sometimes marked delivered by mistake. Or, please check with your neighbors if they have seen your package.Question about RETURNS/repairs/exchanges?

Do you have a store location?
I have a studio space in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco that you can visit by appointment only. I also hold a few annual Open Studio and other events you can see me in person, listed on my Events page.
