Sue did not consider herself glamorous or "girly-girl", but she did want something beautiful to wear with her wedding dress. She also wanted a gift for her maid of honor and bridesmaids that would match their dresses. So, I created a double strand necklace of sterling silver chain and freshwater pearl with matching earrings for Sue. The necklace was more interesting with the double strand and pearls are so classic for a wedding. For the bridesmaids, I used a blue topaz and matching pearl for their necklaces that would bring a little lightness and sparkle to their dark blue gowns.
